The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 100 "An Act                                        
making capital appropriations and reappropriations; capitalizing a                                  
fund; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of                              
the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and                               
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          making capital appropriations, supplemental                                               
          appropriations, and reappropriations; capitalizing                                        
          funds; making other appropriations; and providing                                         
          for an effective date."
